What am I doing today? Just questioning all I've ever known, you?

We went for a (brief) walk on the beach, and found the following:
Two candles
Two corks
A rope
An unsharpened pencil
A packet of flower food
Several seashells
One piece of plastic
Two things of chewing tobacco
Two cups of an unidentified beverage,
and a sacrificial altar I made out of rocks and driftwood.
